Practical infomation

The organisation reserves the right to change one or more evenings from the programming, even if ticket sales are already in progress. If a performance is cancelled, there will be no refund of ticket purchases. In this case, the organisation will offer an alternative.

Film Fest Vaes is organised by ImpactHunters in cooperation with Vaeshartelt. The general terms and conditions of both parties apply to the event. These can be found on the organisations’ websites.

Pets are not welcome on the premises, guide dogs (SOHO) are.

The site is accessible by wheelchair, but keep in mind that the site is on a grassy field.

You are reasonably sheltered among the trees, but in an open space. The evenings start hopefully warm, but cool down quickly especially in a wooded area. Bring a warm coat (or a blanket) and a mackintosh to be on the safe side and wear closed shoes. Leave your umbrella at home, as it will obstruct the view of people sitting behind you.

Film Fest Vaes will take place at Vaeshartelt, Weert 9, Maastricht.

Bike
We recommend everyone to come by bike as much as possible. You can park your bike for free at the Vaeshartelt bicycle park.

Public transport
From Maastricht North station you can walk to Vaeshartelt within 15 minutes. Plan your journey via 0900-9292 (€ 0.70 p.m.) or via the live map of Maastricht Bereikbaar

Parking
There is ample parking at Vaeshartelt’s car parks. Parking for visitors is free.

Seating
Film Fest Vaes provides 300 comfortable outdoor seating areas (beach chairs). Please note that a film ticket provides access to the film, but not to a specific spot or seat. You can choose your own seat after your ticket is checked. Bringing your own chair is neither necessary nor allowed.

Catering
A variety of snacks and drinks are available on the premises.

Toilets
The toilets at the venue are free to use.

First aid
First aid is available at the venue.

Walk-in is half an hour before the start.
